First, credentials… I obtained a degree in Real Estate in 1989 after serving four years as a Realtor. Then qualified for Real Estate Brokers license in 1990 and opened “Network Realty” where in addition to sales transactions, property management and loan originations were performed. I discovered I really enjoyed the loan process!!
And now…… with nine years exclusively in loan origination I can honestly say I’ve got a good understanding of what it takes to supply money for a project or purpose!
